11. Kaju Barfi: A diamond shaped cashew dish. Served extensively
during the hindu festival made with a thick mixture of cashew nuts, milk,
sugar, and ghee. It is one of the most popular Indian sweets consumed worldwide.
12. Rasgulla: Soft, textured dumpling like sweet dish that took
birth in east Indian mainly Bengal and Odisha. Like various others they are
also loaded in sugar syrup after they are cooled.
