The main reason why street food dishes like chaats, chole bhature, pav bhaji, misal pav, dabeli, etc. are so famous amongst Indians is that they carry a distinctive aroma and flavours that are unmatchable. The flavours in these dishes come from years of practicing and perfectioning the blend of spices and herbs. Each Indian spice has its own flavour and one needs to be completely aware of what spices go hand-in-hand to create a perfect balance of flavours.

Pav bhaji is one such spiced up dish. It is native to the Maharashtrian state of India but as people are evolving in their eating and cooking habits all dishes are consumed throughout India with a special touch of that particular state. Although there are some big, Indian brands that have now created a perfect, organic blend of Indian spices to make the best pav bhaji spice mix, reducing the efforts to cook pav bhaji into half.
